These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any order placed with PharmaPlast India, a manufacturer of HDPE and PET packaging based at Plot no. 808 & 1303, Sector 82, JLPL Industrial Area, Mohali โ 160055, Punjab, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
PharmaPlast India manufactures and supplies HDPE and PET packaging โ bottles, jars, cans and closures โ to businesses across India. We are a business-to-business (B2B) supplier; products listed here are packaging containers, not the goods eventually filled into them.
2. Orders and Acceptance
An order placed through this website or by direct enquiry is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A Quote Request is not a confirmed order โ it becomes one once we’ve agreed a price and you’ve made payment as set out in our Payment Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where product information was listed in error, stock is unavailable, or payment cannot be verified.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products, capacities and specifications accurately. Minor variations in colour, weight or dimensions can occur as part of the moulding process and do not constitute a defect. Custom-moulded or bespoke orders are manufactured to the specification agreed with you at the time of order.
4. Pricing
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices for bulk and custom orders are confirmed individually through our Request a Quote process and are valid only for the quantity and specification quoted.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website โ text, images, logos and product photography โ belongs to PharmaPlast India or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
PharmaPlast India supplies packaging containers only and is not responsible for the suitability, safety or regulatory compliance of any product you fill or sell using our packaging. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali, Punjab.
