PharmaPlast India manufactures packaging to order, often to custom specification. Because of this, our general policy is:

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, or because a product no longer fits your requirement, once an order has been confirmed and payment made. Please check specifications, capacity, and quantity carefully — and request samples if unsure — before confirming an order.

Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damage

The one exception: if a product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pharmaplast11@gmail.com or pharmaplast11acc@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the affected items. Verified cases will be resolved by replacement of the affected units — not a cash refund — at no additional cost to you.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Custom-moulded packaging and bulk orders confirmed through our Request a Quote process are manufactured specifically for that order and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
